Call for Project Funding: Consumerism into Sustainability – Sustanability into Consumerism – How to consume more sustainability?

(für Deutsch bitte nach unten scrollen) Obviously playing with words we want to open a problematic of contradicting moments, when in our intention towards development we are confronted with opposite processes: restraining growth and sustaining the resources we have. Once every creator (maybe?) can hit the wall of their own ethical values, how much more each of us is ready to expand, knowing that resources have to be divided equally between all the participants of communication, consumption and life in general. Which way of playing…

–| Keine Ausstellung ohne (Ausstellungs)Honorar! “Keine Ausstellung ohne (Ausstellungs)Honorar!”, bringt Vasilena Gankovska (bildende…

On What We Should Not Get Used To || Woran wir uns nicht gewöhnen sollten

Application deadline: 30th of April For the project funding in the summer semester 2021, the student union at the Academy of Fine Arts calls for projects that question topics unpredictability and uncertainty and analyze the new norms and normalities that emerged due to the COVID19 situation. Developments unfolding with isolation and distorted communication increasingly cut off the ability to speak directly or act collectively. Public (and private) discourses move to the media environment, where they partially dissolve in the stream of noise, are distorted through…
